Our goal is that your tire purchase exceeds your expectations.  If you are not completely satisfied, let us know.  See our eBay feedback for references.

That said, we do have to keep the attorneys happy...

Warranty

The tires for sale are USED, unless noted as “New” or “Never Mounted” in the description.  Some tires may be repaired.  We do not do sidewall repairs or plugs.  Every tire is visually checked for holes, punctures, or broken belts before listed for sale.  Every tire is air checked at 40 psi, or more depending on the tire, for leaks and/or broken belts after it is purchased and before it is packed and shipped.  If the tire will not hold air or has a broken belt, we will not ship, but will inform you within 24 hours via email and/or phone.  We will offer you a relacement tire of the same quality or issue you a full refund.
 

RETURN POLICY - Sixty (60) Day Return Policy. Tire(s) may be returned for a refund or replacement within 60 days following purchase.  If you need to return tire(s): inform us of intent to return, return tire(s) to our location at your expense.  Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping related costs, including shipping tire(s) to and from our location.  It is your choice to receive a refund or replacement tire(s). Refund/Replacement will not be issued if tire(s) have been used.  Every tire returned must have our company inventory label, and tire(s) must be in the same condition as received by buyer. After tire(s) are returned and satisfy the above conditions, a full refund minus shipping and handling will be refunded to the buyer.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us prior to purchasing tire(s).
